A summary of who we are and what we do
Australian Education Organisation Pty Ltd is a recruitment agency assisting Iranian residents to undertake tertiary studies with our Education Partners. We are able to offer some of our services free of charge as they are financed by the Education Partners for whom we are recruiting students. Our Australian company consists of an Iranian office and an Australian Support Service, allowing us to assist students from when they first contact us in Iran to the end of their stay in Australia.

STUDENT SERVICES
Services we offer our successful applicants
Once an applicant has successfully completed
our application process they are entitled to the following services:
- Student/Parent information and counselling
in Farsi and English.
- Professional help in selection of courses
and subjects offered.
- Liaison with Education Partners prior to
final course and/or research selection, by our Australian Support
Service.
- Information on Government
and University Scholarship programs.
- Assistance with university
applications.
- Assistance with transfer of University admission
fees.
- Assistance with Australian
Visa applications by qualified staff.
- Access to a range of services in our Iranian
Office including internet, fax and international telephones, photocopying,
and Australian educational, cultural and social reference material
in our library.
- Assistance with international travel arrangements
including airport pick-up in Australia.
- Assistance with accommodation and other essential
living arrangements.
- Introduction to the local Iranian culture
in Australia and our Australian Support Service.

Services we offer Australian educational
institutions
Our services to institutions we have contracts with include:
- A commitment to compliance with all relevant
aspects of the 2000 Education Services for Overseas Students Act,
the National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Providers
of Education and Training to Overseas Students, and the Australian
Vice-Chancellors’ Committee Code of Ethical Practice in the
Provision of Education to Overseas Students.
- A commitment to recruiting only genuine students
who can pass our strict application screening process.
- Strict legally binding agreements regarding
the safe transfer of student application fees to a designated educational
institution bank account.
- Regular and ongoing communication ensuring
up-to-date course and related information is available to students.
- Promotion at recruitment seminars with an
open invitation to educational institution staff to attend.
- Distribution of educational institution promotional material.
